FAQ Omega Cleaning Services

What area Omega Cleaning cover?
We cover all London areas within M25.

How long will it take you to find me a cleaner?
We are able to do it on the same day when you call or email us. Sometimes it takes longer and we might do this on the next morning.

Can I have the same cleaner every week?
Of course you can. The cleaner will continue her/his job as long as you are happy with the service and as long as they work for us.

Are your cleaner insured?
Yes, all our cleaners are completely insured.

Can I choose the day the cleaner comes?
We try to meet all the client’s requirements and will make every effort to supply you with a suitable cleaner for the chosen day. But if your request can not be met we will offer you the nearest alternative.

What about guarantees?
We promise that if you are not happy with the result we will come back and clean your property for free. If you are still not satisfied you will receive your money back.

What happen if I’m not happy with my cleaner?
Omega Cleaning will allocate you a new cleaner just with one telephone call.

How you select and vet your cleaners?
We carefully select and vet our cleaners and require:

  • Proof of identity (passport/full UK driving license)
  • Proof of address (utility bills or bank statement) 
  • Immigration status (valid visa + work permit) 
  • Proof of experience and reliability (minimum of 2 references from previous employers or clients) 
  • Test for English – speaking and writing skills 
  • Test on common cleaning tasks

For all new applicants we provide in-house cleaning training making sure all our requirements and standards are met.

Do you provide references if require?
Of course, we do. We will be delighted to send you copies of their references and documents.

How long have you been in the business?
Omega Cleaning is on the cleaning market more then 3 years.

Who pay the cleaners?
We pay them.

What about if I am not at home on the day of the cleaning visit?
You can leave to our cleaner keys. Most of our clients are working busy people and the cleaners working on our behalf are key holders.

Do I have to pay any extra charge on top of your rate?
No, you do not have to pay more.

Is there a minimum term contract for using your services?
No, there is not a minimum period of time.

Do I still have to pay when I go away for a few weeks?
No, you do not have to pay when you are away. We need just 1 week notice before you go and the date of your first cleaning when you are back. If you need to cancel a single visit we need at least 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the due visit if not notified on time.

Are you an introducing agency only?

No.
We do not only introduce you a cleaner, we will continue to maintain your requests and we will carefully monitor the quality of services we provide you.

How do I pay?
We will post you invoices on the end of each month. You can pay by cheque, you can set a standing order with your bank, or by wire transfer.
